Sign up for the Lyft pass program to get free rides from home to 5555, 5565, 5575, and 5725 West Las Positas Boulevard for FREE! Once your application is approved, you will receive a Lyft credit that can be added to your personal Ly account. Your account will then automatically recognize all trips to 5555, 5565, 5575, and 5725 West Las Positas Boulevard and you won’t have to pay a dime.
- Full-time benefits eligible Stanford Health Care Tri-Valley employees who work either hybrid or on-site at 5555, 5565, 5575, and 5725 West Las Positas Boulevard
- Employees with a home address that is within 3 miles from their work address
- Fill out the signup form located here.
- Receive your confirmation email from Lyft with a link to “claim your pass” - Note: your Lyft Pass email will state that you have 25 free rides. Don’t worry - it renews every month!
- Request a Lyft from home to one of the Tri-Valley locations (5555, 5565, 5575, and 5725 West Las Positas Boulevard)
- Your Lyft Pass will automatically apply, and your ride price will be listed as free!
- Request another free Lyft back from work to home at the end of your shift.
- Enjoy the ride!
