Sales reps or medical technicians arriving to drop off/pick up instrument trays with surgical equipment, support scheduled or unscheduled surgeries, or attend appointments.

Parking is available at the Pasteur Visitor Garage, Roth Way Garage, or Center for Academic Medicine
(CAM) Garage

Medical technician arriving to support same day surgery or in case of “patient on the table.”

Parking Cost: For 500 Pasteur/300 Pasteur, emergent vendors can valet park in case of emergent cases. Once in the hospital, they will need to check into the Vendormate kiosk and choose “IP Emergent Vendor” under the Department field. This will print on your sticker badge, which the rep can then use to validate their valet ticket after the surgery. If the badge is not marked “IP Emergent Vendor,” the rep will be responsible for paying the valet fee.

Office supply deliveries or other delivery services

Private vehicles: Park in Pasteur Visitor Garage or Roth Way Garage, unless delivering a large item
