The Evening Parking Shuttle (EPS) service is designed to transport staff from 500 Transportation Lounge, 875 Blake Wilbur, and Lucile Packard Children’s Hospital Main Lobby to different parking locations around campus and the Palo Alto Transit Center.

To request the on-demand shuttle between 9:00 PM- 4:00 AM, please call Facilities Services Response Center at 650-498-4400. Please expect a wait time of 7-10 minutes.
To request a safety escort from Security Services, please call the Security Operations Center at 650-723-7222.
Between 4:00 AM - 5:00 AM, the Evening Parking Shuttle (EPS) will run every 10 minutes from Hoover Pavilion Garage to Lucile Packard Children’s Hospital Main Lobby and 500 Pasteur Transportation Lounge
